1st Timer

1. If you're a 1st timer, be sure to check your
particulars and order (ie. sizing, color, item no.)
before submitting your form.

2. A confirmation e-mail will be send to you
within 24 hours upon receiving your Order Form.

3. Payment have to be made within 24 hours upon
receiving our confirmation e-mail.
Items will be reserve for you within this 24 hours.

4. Note*Please keep a copy of your Transaction No.
for reference if payment have not been received
by The Back Alley.

5. Upon receiving the payment by The Back Alley,
the order will be process in 1-2 days time.

6. We will issue you the invoice no. via e-mail, stating
your order to inform you that if the package is pending delivery or delivered.

7. Note*Changing of item is still possible if the product
has not been sent.

8. Therefore, no exchange or amendment can be
done if you had received our confirmation email
with the invoice no.
